Our Attorneys

Anthony D. Buonadonna

Anthony D. Buonadonna is a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, Major in Accounting. He thereafter graduated from Rutgers University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. He is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Buonadonna served a one-year term as a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District I Ethics Committee. He, together with Michael E. Benson, started the law firm of Buonadonna & Benson, P.C. in 1982. Initially, Mr. Buonadonna primarily practiced litigation. He handled and tried cases in both State and Federal Court for individual clients who sustained personal injuries and for corporate clients with defending claims associated with construction and manufacturing defects. Over the years, the nature of Mr. Buonadonna's practice has extended to clients with various business and professional backgrounds and associated legal needs including commercial transactions, contracts, the creation of business entities, planning and zoning and development.

Michael E. Benson

Michael E. Benson graduated 1971, magna cum laude from Boston University, and upon graduation was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned the degree of Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in 1975. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals. In 1989, he was admitted and qualified as an Attorney and Counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States. He began practicing law with Anthony. D. Buonadonna in 1975 and started a new first with him in 1982. Mr. Benson has since principally handled civil litigation, including insurance defense, municipal defense, civil rights, administrative actions, plaintiffs, personal injury, land use claims and labor-related litigation. Mr. Benson has served as a municipal attorney handling general solicitor's duties, as well as having acted as municipal labor and civil litigation counsel. Mr. Benson served as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court's District/Ethics Committee, 1997-2001.

In the community, Michael Benson has served as member and Solicitor of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce and member of the Borough of Woodbine Chamber of Commerce. He is serving his second term as an elected member of the Borough of Woodbine Council.

Alan G. Giebner

Alan G. Giebner is a graduate of the SUNY at Oswego obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Arts Education in 1975. In 1982, Mr. Giebner graduated from Dominican College with a second Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. In 1986, Mr. Giebner graduated, Cum Laude, from Delaware Law School, now known as Widener University School of Law. Mr. Giebner served a one-year judicial clerkship before beginning his career with the firm of Buonadonna and Benson, P.C. in 1987. Mr. Giebner is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Over the years he has handled personal injury cases for both plaintiffs and in defense of corporate clients. Mr. Gieber also has substantial experience and knowledge in all aspects of Real Estate Law, including the representation of buyers and sellers, in residential and commercial transactions as well as lenders. Mr. Giebner also has experience in commercial transactions, contracts, creation ofo business entities, collection of commercial loans, wills, estates and tax foreclosures.
